Eligibility Criteria
Age as on 1-7-2021
Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 28 years i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1993 and not later than 01.07.2001 (both dates inclusive)

Educational Qualification
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory

0.25 Marks Penalty for wrong answers for both Preliminary & Main Examination There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

Selection
Cut-off Score (Online Main examination) Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Main Examination and also a minimum total score to be considered for further process. Depending on number of the State/ UT wise vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be considered for provisional allotment. Prior to the completion of provisional allotment process scores obtained in the Online Main Examination will not be shared with the candidates.
MARKS OBTAINED IN THE ONLINE MAIN EXAMINATION ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR FINAL MERIT LISTING.
How to Apply
Before applying online, candidates should—
Scan their : –
- Photograph- (4.5cm × 3.5cm / 200X230 Pixels) – 20 to 50 Kb
- Signature – (Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted) – 140X60 Pixels – 10 to 20 kb
- Left thumb impression – (If a candidate is not having left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb) – 240X240 Pixels – 20 to 50 kb
- Hand written declaration – (In English only and should NOT BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS) – 800X400 Pixels – 50 to 100 kb

Points to Remember while going for Examinations
Preliminary Examination
- Call Letter
Valid Call Letter for the respective date and session of Examination.
- Photo-identity proof
Photo-identity proof (as specified) in original bearing the same name as it appears on the call letter/ application form
PAN Card/ Passport/ Permanent Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/Aadhar/ E-Aadhar card with a photograph
In case of candidates who have changed their name, they will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification / their original marriage certificate / affidavit in original.
- Candidates need to bring one additional photograph (same as pasted by the candidate on call letter)
Main Examination
Along with call letter & Photo Id . Those candidates who are called for Main Exam will also be required to bring authenticated/stamped call letter of Preliminary Exam (along with authenticated/ stamped copy of the ID proof)
Items permitted into the venue for Candidates
Candidates will be permitted to carry only certain items with them into the venue.
- Mask (WEARING A MASK is COMPULSORY)
- Gloves
- Personal transparent water bottle
- Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
- A simple pen
- Exam related documents (Call Letter/Admit Card, ID card in Original, Photocopy of ID Card, etc)
